Tim Spell, CEO of OpenWater, in his opening plenary, will detail the history of OpenWater.  He is thrilled to be able to address the users of OpenWater at this User Conference. He will spend his time with attendees addressing the many uses of the platform and how he has as the CEO worked in the background to ensure that the teams working with the customers have the resources and tools that they need to ensure that customers and usage of the platform have an incredible experience.
