We use widgets every day on our phones and our desktops.  Adding widgets to your OpenWater instance is an easy way to customize your programs.  This workshop will show how some of OpenWater's customers have customized their programs using widgets. Findlay will start us out with the demonstration, and then the OpenWater team will open up the Breakout Rooms to let attendees practice in a sandbox environment.

You will interact with the OpenWater staff in a small group environment during the breakout part of the session. Then, you will use a sandbox to apply widgets to a test environment and experience the capabilities.  Every day, OpenWater staff work with customers to develop widgets and implement them.  Customers use widgets to customize their awards, scholarship, or grants programs' web pages.  This session will allow you to see the widgets that OpenWater has ready for you to use.  It may also help you dream up more types of widgets to ask OpenWater to create.
